vinetgrub is a side project by enfin, a young author, line cook, & underground supper club creator.  i am currently residing in portland, maine.   i hope to open multiple restaurants, write columns in gastronomica, and saveur, and educate everyone on how to make all varities of food accessible to all varities of chefs.  you can find me sipping my breve cortado and san pellegrino at bard coffee, serving brunch and working garde manger at local 188, back serving at bresca, or perusing the farmers market.
