Hi all! First off, let me apologize for my extended absence. The moment I came back from my short trip to the White Mountains, I was immediately swept into a few weeks of sudden madness. I’ve been working double shifts for the past two or three weekends, and to be entirely honest, haven’t been going out to dinner that much. Plus with that heatwave that lasted five days, my days in the kitchen were numbered. This isn’t to say that I haven’t wanted to blog. Trust me, it’s been one thing that I’ve been dying to do, but I haven’t had much to say. So until I get a real post together I thought I’d leave you with some scans from McSweeney’s newest publication- David Chang’s Lucky Peach!
